Background

“Move More For Life” was a unique health project that aimed to increase physical activity in breast cancer survivors by providing both generic and personalised exercise and wellbeing programs to program participants and measuring uptake to inform future public health programs.

From initial survey design to data collection and analysis, Headjam provided a customised digital solution that made the researcher’s work easy, tailoring exercise programs to each individual based on supplied data and communicating complicated information in a visually attractive and effective way.

Participants reported that the tailored information that Headjam helped create was more relevant, encouraging and informative and the most effective at advocating change.
