Brooke Heath
Strategy and Innovation Lead
Brooke is a strategic thinker and natural connector who thrives on finding creative solutions to complex challenges. With over 17 years’ experience spanning brand strategy, campaign development and digital innovation, she now leads the strategy and innovation practice at Headjam — helping organisations think bigger, dig deeper, and create meaningful change.
Her work bridges insight, imagination and action. Whether guiding community-led tourism strategies or reimagining integrated campaigns for government, health or the arts, Brooke brings calm, clarity and purpose to the table — always with a focus on impact, collaboration, and outcomes that matter.
She’s worked with some of Australia’s most iconic organisations, and brings deep expertise in the public sector, tourism, education and not-for-profit space. Prior to joining Headjam, she ran her own consultancy and led digital engagement for local government, giving her a rare blend of creative, commercial and community experience.
Outside the studio, Brooke is a passionate advocate for climate action, social justice and creativity in all its forms.
Right now, she’s focused on driving innovation inside the agency, building strong partnerships with purpose-led clients, and delivering strategy work that makes a difference to people and the planet.
Great strategies start with empathy, creativity, and a commitment to making a positive impact. I’m passionate about crafting stories and solutions that connect people, inspire change, and leave a meaningful legacy.
Her approach is marked by a calm and fast-thinking demeanour, attention to detail, and a drive to push for innovation and excellence in every campaign. Most recently, Brooke has been focused on delivering creative solutions that not only achieve client objectives but also reflect a commitment to authenticity and positive impact.
